A Job That Counts!
With us, you contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses.
About the Job
In the unit for registration, corrections, and fund management, we work with registering, distributing, and reporting the funds paid to the authority. In the fund management sections, we handle and investigate the authority's incoming and outgoing payments, invoice, and collect debts. Doing this quickly and accurately is especially important for our customers, but also for other parts of our operations.
Your tasks include registering, distributing, and reporting the funds paid to the authority. You work in a system where you follow the financial flow and only handle cases that cannot be processed automatically for some reason. You also use several other operational systems in your work. You have many internal and external contacts via phone and email.
You will undergo internal training during your initial period where practice is combined with theory, and you will also have a mentor who supports you initially. The training includes, among other things, law, customer service, and communication techniques. Based on the needs of the operation, there is an opportunity to be trained in several tasks. You are part of a section that collectively takes responsibility for results, planning, and workload distribution.
Everyone working at Kronofogden contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. As a case officer, you may, for example, alert other authorities that a person is receiving benefits on incorrect grounds. This can result in you contributing to stopping incorrect payments from the welfare system.
About You
As an employee at Kronofogden, you are expected to uphold our employee policy. Employee Policy (https://www.kronofogden.se/jobba-hos-oss/medarbetarpolicy)
You take initiative, are engaged, and take responsibility for achieving goals. You contribute to the development of the organization and help your colleagues succeed. You treat others with respect, kindness, and actively listen to others while showing a positive attitude.
You work result-oriented, demonstrate decisiveness, and focus on what needs to be achieved. You are stable and trustworthy when meeting people in vulnerable situations. You communicate easily and are pedagogical in your interactions with customers. You have an analytical ability that allows you to see connections and find the most effective solution. You adapt to the circumstances and changes that occur.
Your Qualifications:
- a university degree with at least 90 credits (60 ECTS) in economics, law, or social sciences, or ongoing studies at a university in the above subjects
- good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
Relevant work experience in similar roles is an advantage.
